Truffles with peanut butter

Ingredients
  • 100 g dark chocolate I used 65%
  • 80 ml soybean milk
  • 25 g peanut butter 1tbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or muscobado
Istructions
  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and and melt again for another minute..
  2. Add cinnamon, cocoa, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Pour the milk little by little and stir again.
  4. Add peanut butter (I used crunchy, but you can use the smooth one), and oil.
  5. Let cool for about 6 hours.
  6. After 6 hour take them and make balls.
  7. Dip the balls in unsweetened cocoa
Note

Leave them in fridge until you eat.
